In it's simplest form, adecsys|CRM a database of all of your business contacts, their specific details and a record of your interaction with them. For example, you might want to include quotations, projects, work orders, etc. to maintain a complete picture of your dealings with each client.
By carefully choosing the details associated with each contact, or their company, the accumulated information with appropriate reports and analysis can allow you to better understand where your business is coming from, the purchasing patterns of your customers, and a wealth of other information.
